Emigrating Norwegians

Dykking // Scuba Diving

My post yesterday made me think about what I love to do the most, and that is scuba diving. I’ve been a certified open water diver for almost 10 years, but unfortunately I haven’t dived much until I started again in January this year. It’s so silly, because everytime I scuba dive I hate myself for not doing it more often. This summer I got my advanced divers license in Key West at Lost Reef Adventures, but to be honest I should have done that years ago. To be a good diver you need to do it frequently, and nothing beats flowing through the water in something that reminds you of a different planet with beautiful colors and shapes. So speaking of dreams; how about making a living as a scuba diver? Not only do you get to dive as much as you want, you get to travel as well! What a job. But hey, I’m not complaining (really, I’m not!). We’re moving to a different continent in a couple of months, and that’s plenty exciting! For now at least.

// I’m sharing some photos from a wreck dive to the USS Vandenberg this sommer. Maybe this will inspire someone else to litteraly jump into it?

I’m a Norwegian girl who is leaving the cold, icy north together with my husband to find out what’s happening on the other side of the world, more specifically Los Angeles.
